Why Do You Need aHealthy Ageing Consultant?

Because ageing is complex, and you don’t have to navigate it alone. Whether the challenges are medical, emotional, legal, or day-to-day, many families eventually feel overwhelmed trying to manage it all on their own.

Dedicated Services for Egyptians Abroad

We specialize in helping Egyptians living abroad care for parents and relatives in Egypt with bilingual (Arabic-English) communication, cultural sensitivity, and a trusted local presence.

Service & FeeStructure

To ensure the highest standard of support, our approach is structured in three distinct phases:

1. Initiation Assessment

One-time fee

This one-time assessment lays the foundation for all care decisions. It helps us create a plan that’s not only tailored but truly effective.

Why this step matters:

  • Every older adult has unique needs, strengths, and preferences.

  • Jumping into care without assessment risks missing what really matters.

  • This is a standalone professional service, not just an intake.

What’s Included

  • Full psychosocial, medical & home environment review

  • Interview with family and/or caregivers

  • A clear, customized care & engagement plan

Once complete, you can move into one of our Thrive programs with full confidence.

2. Ongoing Care Programs

Monthly or project-based pricing

Our Thrive programs offer flexible, personalized support, whether your loved one is just starting their ageing journey, or facing more complex needs.
In most cases, we begin with a one-time Initiation Assessment to develop a fully customized care plan.
However, if your situation is urgent or already well understood, you may also choose to begin directly with a Thrive program. We’ll adjust support as your needs evolve.

AboutDina Hashish

Founder of Egypt’s First Healthy Ageing Consultancy

Dina Hashish is an Egyptian-American lawyer, caregiver, and global advocate for healthy ageing. Based in Egypt and offering support worldwide, she helps families care for their ageing loved ones - whether locally or across borders- to not just age, but thrive.

Dina brings over 17 years of international legal experience across New York, Milan, and Cairo, holding law degrees from Cairo University, Stanford Law School, and the American University in Cairo. Her approach to consultancy is both professional and highly personal, focusing on individualized care plans, home adaptations, medical coordination, and helping older adults rediscover a sense of purpose, shaped by her own journey caring for both of her parents in a system where coordinated support was hard to find. Families often describe feeling more at ease, better informed, and less alone after working with her.

She is recognized by the World Health Organization as one of the top 50 global leaders in healthy ageing, and is the founder of the Golden Years Foundation, dedicated to building systems where older adults can live with dignity, connection, and purpose.

"I created this consultancy because ageing shouldn’t be something families have to figure out alone — and because I believe every older adult deserves the chance to thrive.
Looking forward to meeting you!"
